He has successfully conceptualized and delivered numerous large-scale events, earning recognition for his creative vision, collaborative leadership, and execution excellence.

Beyond Rousing Rhythm, Manu serves as the Chief Executive Officer of JIVA Web Solutions and is the Co-Owner of Ruchi World, contributing strategic leadership in digital innovation, business operations, and brand growth.

Sethu Vidyasagar

Sethu Vidyasagar is the Co-Founder of Rousing Rhythm and a distinguished media professional with a Master’s Degree in Journalism and over 25 years of experience in the broadcast industry. Renowned for his expertise in media production, editing, and creative direction, he has earned a reputation as a respected and influential figure in the global media landscape.

Sethu began his career in 2000 in India, serving as Senior Editor at India Vision Channel for five years. In 2007, he moved to Canada and joined ATN International Inc. as an Editor, further expanding his international media footprint and professional expertise.

He is also the Founder & CEO of SRA Productions, a dynamic full-service media company where he oversees both creative vision and operational strategy. Under his leadership, SRA Productions has grown into a recognized media house delivering high-quality content across broadcast, digital, and corporate platforms.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Sethu has taken on significant leadership roles in the media community. He served as President of the Canada Chapter of the India Press Club of North America and currently holds the position of Canada Regional Director for the Asianet US Weekly Roundup.

Sethu is an active member of the Canadian Association of Journalists (CAJ) and the United States Press Agency (USPA), reflecting his commitment to journalistic excellence and global media standards.

Kavitha K Menon

Kavitha has been in Canada for more than a decade now. She is a Registered Social Worker with postgraduate degree in Law and Social Work. She works in Child Protection setting and an experienced Behavior Counselor. She  is a cross media  professional with over 15 years of experience in  Radio/Visual media, and events industry with expertise in Marketing, Corporate communications and PR.  She is also a voice artist, theatre enthusiast who have hosted  corporate  shows and entertainment events in the capacity of an emcee since 2005. She leads Marketing/PR and contract management of Rousing Rhythm Entertainments.

Paul John

PAUL JOHN is that zealous supporter of art and culture who contributes heavily to the community of artists through his artistry and volunteering. He is a multi talented artist, a musician and percussionist. His aesthetic sense and attention to detail is one quality which attracts all artists who does collaborations and partnerships with Paul. In short period of time this accountant professional with diverse skill set became Youth Icon among North American talents.
